I think wvware is about as good as you're going to get. From their web
page, it looks like there's no prerequisite for the HTML conversion, and
there is a html2ps tool available (google for it) - you're trading a
prerequisite for a postrequisite, unless you can just live with the HTML
output, but maybe it's a simpler interface.
