Sorry, but that looks more like a problem with a machine running
Windows. I guess you will have more success with your quest if
you ask in a group dealing with the idiosyncracies of Windows
instead of a group which is about Unix, which is a completely
different operating system. Since I don't use Windows I unfortu-
nately can't tell you which newsgroup would be better suited, but
there are lots with "microsoft" or "ms-windows" in their names
and hopefully people there can either help you or at least re-
direct you to the correct ones.
