Hey.

I rarely have time these days to spend on the Usenet; yet I find that,
every once in a while, I need to ask a question. So, I want not only
to take but to give some back. The best way I can think to do this,
right now, is to offer some tutorials and cheatsheets that I've
prepared about unix-based topics.

I have a meager little website, which presently contains only my resume
and two original "vi" resources: a tutorial, which I suspect is
probably the best in this solar system (I've never seen better) for
learning vi from scratch, and a cheat*** (one-page, single-sided),
which some people might not like because it contains so much stuff but
others will like specifically because of that.

The URL is ....

Over the coming weeks & months, I hope/intend to be adding several
other items that I've had for a few years but have been to lazy (or
sump'n) to publish on the web before now. These include more than a
dozen quasi-cheatsheets / quasi-tutorials on Bourne & Korn scripting
and other sysadmin goodies.

My google email-addr is listed on the website in my resume and on the
"vi" page. I hope these come in handy for some people.
