We have a SCO Openserver 5.x server with serial terminals attached.

One of our Televideo terminals failed, and after a lot of
    troubleshooting we replaced it.

The new terminal is working fine, but now we can only log in as root.
No other users can log in at that terminal.

When anyone other than root tries to log in, they get a 'Port in use,
    try a different port message'.

Any ideas as to what is wrong, and how to correct?

Thanks for any and all help.
