    JP,

You deal with SCO on a continuous basis.

I deal with SCO when I have to, every other year for a couple
of weeks, trying to untangle the mystical mess that SCO
manages to create, so that I may properly upgrade, without
retrying upteen times until I appear to get it right, only to
find that something is broken x months later and that I can't
fix it without having to reinstall in a different order.

I'm a customer, you are a reseller, no money is exchanged in
    here, but who knows.

Please help me out if you like, you also have the choice to
    ignore my posts.

    Thanks
