Fresh 5.0.7 inst. , ftp not working, very curious

Hello,

i can login from localhost to localhost but after login i get error:
230 no data connection

ftp> status
Connected to localhost.
No proxy connection.

Store unique: off; Receive unique: off
Case: off; CR stripping: on

Test with ls-l is like a random generator:
ftp> ls -l
200 PORT-Befehl erfolgreich.
200 PORT-Befehl erfolgreich.

ftp> ls -l
150 zum Beispiel: ASCII@/bin/ls

ftp> ls -l
226 Login nicht korrekt.
200 PORT-Befehl erfolgreich.
ftp>
