| gone thru hardware test, all ok) , I wanted to re-install my SCO 5.0.5
| by using "Upgrade" method (Not Fresh).

You can't upgrade the same version. You can only do a fresh install.
And that's not the way to cure your problem anyhow.
Tell us exactly what's happening.
