If it worked once, it should work always, unless you have some other
problem. I do this all the time no problem. The only time I have had trouble
is when I forget to set the visionfs password for user.

I use "Unix print services" on the XP box. Make sure this Windows component
is installed, if not you may need your XP CD. Start TCP Print service, add a
remote LPD printer on the Unix box.
