Firstly, sorry for crossposting but I am a rather desperate person :)
We are running a Sco Openserver 5.0.5 (no patches) system on the following
hardware;
IBM X225
Single 2.4GHz Xeon CPU
3x18GB IBM 10k HDs
IBM ServeRAID
768MB RAM
Adaptec SCSI + IBM DDS4
The system has been installed about 4 months. During that period we have had
about 4 system crashes with the following message;
Unexpected trap in kernal mode
cr0_0x80010013 etc etc etc etc
PANIC: K_trap - Kernel mode trap type 0x00000000E
Cannot dump pages 196478 to dumpdev.hd (1/41) spare for only 97792 pages
Dump not completed
NOTICE: Flushing cache on the IBM PC ServeRAID adapters. Wait.
NOTICE: Flushing complete
There is no consistancy in the message, i.e. there is nothing in particular
we do to get it.
Hope someone can help.
Regards
Robbie Niblock
