    Rotsa ruck. I just tried both the Quote DB and the regular search at
    Groklaw, Google and Google Groups and came up with zilch. I did get a fair
    number of hits at Google Groups searching just under "own a patent", but
    the closest thing I saw wasn't nearly as succinct as you put it here.

    If you don't get any results here, you might post an off-topic message at
    Groklaw. It sounds like the kind of quote that the folk there would be
    acquainted with.
