I did set the timeout value in the file you mention to 0 but this did
not fix the problem.
The tape drive is on ha=1 id=1 lun=0. It is by itself on its own SCSI
controller.
SCO tells me they have not certified this tape drive as working with
5.0.7. So it looks like we will trading this in for a tape drive that
SCO has certified.
