creating a share on Openserver 5.0

hi all,

(another problem arises)

the old proliant that fell over a few days ago, had a shared folder (/u2/accounts/cms/Reports/)
shared out to Windows machines as drive O:

when it was rebooted, for some reason it seems to have lost that share.

i am wrestling with
net share reportb=c:/u2/accounts/cms/Reports
and getting an error of:

# net helpmsg 2241

The user is not allowed to log on at this time.

can anyone assist? i feel really guilty about asking for more help.
