Altos/SCO Unix 4.0 serial and activation

I have had to reinstall the above OS on a 15 year-old Altos System
4500. All has gone well up to the need for the serial number and
activation key. I have the serial number (acs010307) as it is printed
on the original media, but I can not find the activation key anywhere,
and my guess is that it has been thrown away with the original manuals
that were taking up too much room.

Can anyone help with either a suitable serial/activation pair or
suggest who I should apply to for a reissue?
