I have just installed SCO Open Server 5.0.6 on a IBM x360 using ipsraid
    drivers.

I am trying to split the logical drives into 2 or 3 drives so I can make
    informix unix/Raw informix partitions of
    0.5GB,1.0GB and 3x2.0GB.

I have installed the OS on a Mirrored pair of disks (on the 1st controller)
with no problems and created 8 Logical drives on the 2nd Controller (Thats
the maximum that you can have)

The disks have been created as Channel1

    Spanned array 1
        Array A (65GB)
        Array B (65 GB)

            Logical Drive 1 is 15GB
            Logical Drive 2 is 15GB
            Logical Drive 3 is 15GB
Logical Drive 4 is 24GB (ish)

The disks have been created as Channel1

    Spanned array 2
        Array C (65GB)
        Array D (65 GB)

            Logical Drive 5 is 15GB
            Logical Drive 6 is 15GB
            Logical Drive 7 is 15GB
Logical Drive 8 is 24GB (ish)

When I installed the O/S (OpenServer 5.0.6) I only have
    (r)hd00,(r)hd10,(r)hd20,(r)hd30.

The question is where are hd40,hd50,hd60and hd70 and how do I fdisk, mkdev
hd,divvy the disk so I can split the logicial drives in to 2(for the 15GB
Logical drives)/3(for the 24GB Logical Drives) thus making 18 drives with
    about 126 mountable Informix/Unix partitions.

If I do a sconf -v then it reports all the logical disks.

I need to know the A to Z of adding and splitting logical drives to SCO
    OpenServer 5.0.6

    Any help would gratefully recieved
