There is an interesting line that seems to permeate this and similar
threads.
That line is that (and I'll exaggerate for affect) all the SCO systems
that have been running for years without Vendor (SCO) support and all
the newly installed 5.06 and 5.07 systems which are running smoothly will
suddenly fall into disrepair and need extensive support on the day SCO
"goes out of business." IF and when that should happen.

Is that because without this assumption, the fear mongering would be
much less fearful?

Regards...Dan.
