What's to discuss? As you said in the material I clipped, SCO didn't
present any evidence. OK, maybe they don't have any. Or gee, maybe
they do but for their own reasons they don't want to present it. Gee,
that's a useful "discussion".

I'm not a lawyer. I'm quite sure that if I DID comment on the facts of
the case, you'd be reminding me quite caustically of that. And you'd
be right - for once.
