Remote Printing on 5.0.7

Just loaded 5.0.7 with MP3.
First thing I do on the system is setup printers.
Evidently, it doesn't quite work like 5.0.6 and below as:

I run scoadmin printer -> Printer -> ADD Remote -> UNIX
"You need to configure remote printing. Do so now?"
I select "Yes" at which point I get:
"Unable to configure remote printing (rlp)."

What has changed?

What do I do to set up a remote printer?
