Yes, easy. SCO calculates it can stay afloat months longer if it
concentrates on the lawsuits. Although bankrupt within 2 quarters
tops (unless Microsoft steps in with more cash - unlikely), their
lawyers are nevertheless committed to completing the cases without
further payment.

The software had no future once they had scared away their remaining
customers.
