create recoverEDGE media will not work

I tried it on a

- 1.44MB floppy
- dvd

On both attempts I get the same error:

Device name not found for 1-175
Cannot resolve drive number -- will continue
Device name not found for 1-128
Could not run re2

This was using microlite 2.01.01:3

Anybody know if this is a bug or how to fix this ?
