No. If I remember correctly, Openserver has to be installed on the primary
(boot) hard drive in a system. I assume you've been unplugging the XP
drive in order to make the SCO drive the boot drive. If you leave the
XP drive plugged in and direct the XP loader to boot from a partition
on the 2nd drive, it probably won't work.

You can accomplish what you're already doing without moving cables
around by going into the BIOS setup and making the SCO drive the
1st choice to boot from when you want to run Openserver. On some
Asus motherboards, hitting the ESC key during system boot brings
up a menu of devices to boot from, and you could select the SCO drive
here, also.
