I believe so, though I've not done it. Obviously you need a lot of free
space in one partition and may have to work around filesize limits.

I've duplicated OSR5 hard disks (of identical size & geometry) by
booting a Linux CD and using DD. The duplicated hard disks are bootable
provided you swap the SCSI IDs or IDE cables so that the logical bus
location of the copied disk is the same as the old. See previous
discussions in C.U.S.M.

There were a lot of successive variants of that card, I recall that to
switch from BNC to TP or AUI (where present) I had to use the 3com boot
floppy supplied with the card and run the DOS setup/diagnostic tools.
