    Sounds like my ancient office machine. Still works, never fails, runs
    on a 486DX2/66 with 8Mbytes of RAM. No real need to upgrade.

    Look for "Enspire NS8" or "Exabyte TR-4i". Methings they're similar
    or the same (not sure).

    I can't tell if it's SCSI or IDE. Ask the seller. Google finds
    plenty of used drives listed. I don't think you'll find a new one.

    Nope. SCSI is good, fast, efficient, and can offload much of the work
    to the SCSI adapter and drive electronics. With IDE, the CPU has to
    do much of the work.
