Thanks to some instructions from John DuBois, I now have our system
forwarding mail to the main mail server - but I've hit another problem.

I've been configuring the mail server to try and reject some of the spam, and
one of the checks was for a fully qualified mail address - ie <simon.hobson>
is invalid, but <simon.hobson@domain.com> is OK. Unfortunately, when the SCO
box is forwarding mail, it leaves off the domain.com.

In the short term I've disabled this check, but is there na easy way to force
the SCO box to always use full addresses ?

Alternatively, where in the config files would I change the sender address
format ? I've found that mail to user@subdomain.domain.com is correctly sent
with a fully qualified address, so I hope that if I change the SCO box to use
(eg) scobox.domain.com instead of domain.com it might correctly use the FQ
address.

I've tried the help pages, but they are no help :-( Plus they almost entirely
assume that the admin program is used - and that craps up the email system
for me.

Simon
