I have stopped the Telnet daemon from /etc/inetd.conf unfortuneatly
that also stopped all the local lan terminals accessing on port 23
stopped working.

Since my Application work only on Port 23 I have no other choice to
have it enabled.

On the other hand I would require no one from wan link should be able
allowed to get inside the network through any port accept port 2009,
this port is specific to our application data transfer
