Dear all,
We are trying to install Openserver 6 on a server with no floppy drive.
We require an HBA driver to support the array controller.
How do we install an HBA from CD ?
Tim,
Get an ISO image of the HBA form the HBA vendor and burn it to CD.
Then during the install, when you are prompted for additional HBAs,
put the CD in the CD drive, select that you want to install additional
HBAs and hit return.
What if the drivers are only available as a 1.44MB floppy image?
Does the installation understand a CD burned as a floppy emulation?
