setkey doesn't work under X on Openserver 6

On Openserver 6, setkey no longer works when I try to set function keys
under X (scoterm or xterm). Installing MP[12] made no difference. Does
anyone have a better luck with it? If yes, what exactly have you done
to make it work? Thanks!
