The Microsoft connection

The connection from MS is now in the open. MS induced investments in SCO to enable the lawsuits. This confirms the Anderer memo.

Some interesting data on Groklaw -- this is from the deposition made by Larry Goldfarb (the principle behind Baystar).

One can't help wondering if MS induced SCO to sue right at the outset.

Anyway, for those who have not been following the case, it looks like the beginning is now over. Novell is asking the court to tie up all of SCO's funds, which would probably result in bankruptcy for SCO. Time to polish up those resumes!
