When editing a CST TIMEZONE file, I have been using this format:
TZ='CST6CDT,M3.2.0/2,M11.1.0/2'
But recently I have seen other postings use:
TZ='CST6CDT5,M3.2.0/2,M11.1.0/2'
Which is correct?
Thanks in advance!
