It's not rlp either.. don't have "trace" on this box so can't see
where it really dies, nothing in logs.. I'm brain stopped right now..
Is /usr/lib/lpsched running?
It's been a while since I looked into the guts of OpenServers printer
mechanism, but as I remember, lpsched is stopped by the scoadmin printer
admin routines while adding, modifying, or deleting printers
