New system reboots right after boot prompt? Need Assistance.

Hello,

I have a system that I am trying to get working. It boots just fine with OpenServer 6, but I am unable to get it to boot with OpenServer 5.0.7.

With either the disk image on HD or the install CD the system reboots right after hitting <ENTER>.

Any ideas on what boot options to try to get the machine to boot?

I have tried all the BIOS options. None seem to stop the rebooting.
