I guess the OP wants to invoke a remote call from a Unix box
to a Windows Server and remotely execute a DOS script on the
Windows box.

One possible solution is to install a sshd on the Windows box,
then invoke an ssh client from the Unix box to connect to the
ssh daemon on the Windows box.

Google for "ssh server on Windows."
