Hi,
I just have a short question regarding the behavior of the (latest
version of the) rc shell under linux. If I try to use ghostscript
(ps2pdf) to transform a ps file into a pdf file, I get a syntax error:
; ps2pdf -sPAPERSIZE=a4 foo.ps
syntax error
Of course, there's no syntax error as far as ghostscript is
concerned---this works fine under bash. I suspect that it's the part
"-sPAPERSIZE=a4" that bothers rc, but I don't understand why or what to
do about it.
I'm completely new to rc, so I apologize if I've missed the obvious, but
there don't seem to be so many rc users around.
Thank you,
Christopher
