I use VNC 3.3.6 client on windows NT 4 to connect from home
to my VNC 3.3.6 server on solaris 8.

Inside VNC, there is a font problem when I start xterm or gvim:

xterm: unable to open font "-dt-interface
user-medium-r-normal-xl*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*", trying "fixed"....

gvim
Warning: Cannot convert string "-dt-interface
user-medium-r-normal-xl*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*" to type FontStruct
Warning: Missing charsets in String to FontSet conversion
Warning: Cannot convert string "-dt-interface
system-medium-r-normal-xl*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*" to type FontSet
Warning: Missing charsets in String to FontSet conversion
Warning: Cannot convert string "-dt-interface
user-medium-r-normal-xl*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*" to type FontSet

My windows NT display setting is set to True Color.
I start vncserver by:
vncserver -nolisten local

vncserver file is:
#!/usr/local/bin/perl
