sftp connection closed

Before I was use openssh 3.4.1 on the Solaris 8 platform. Afterwards I
upgrade the ssh to 3.6.1 its download from sunfreeware package. The
ssh feature is work fine but sftp doesn't work normally. The sftp can
let you to type password for login. However, the error will be shown
"Request for subsystem 'sftp' failed on channel 0 Connection closed".
I've clarified the sshd_config file, "Subsystem sftp
/usr/local/libexec/sftp-server" is enable and the path is correct.
I don't know what is the problem even though I fallback the version to
3.4.1. The following is the sshd_config file:
