Who's talking about reporting to an ISP? I was speaking more about what
some might call, "direct action".

I would probably have less of a problem with the posts if he actually
SAID something in his posts. Something that indicated "hey, I'm not just
cross-posting this stuff into unrelated newsgroups because I have the
mentality of a nine year old". I mean, christ, tell me WHY it's freaking
relevant enough to warrant it being posted. Otherwise, it's a troll.

However, I guess I should simply set my killfile to nuke any articles that
are cross-posted to comp.linux.advocacy, as it will save me from having to
update my killfile everytime "Mr. Smythe" gets a new hotmail type of
account.
