I had a client who setup a whole shinny new RH linux box, recent release....

After he had everything working, he found that the ability for the server to
receive remote print jobs from other Unix hosts didn't work. He spent days
trying to figure out cups to no avail. Finally he contact RedHat support
who informed him that they didn't consider the RH hat version he was running
nor cups to be production ready... and recommended he go back to RH 7.3
which was stable enough to run as a production server...

I've never touched cups, don't know how hard it is to get setup and
running.. but RH's recommendation wasn't very good for a product they
currently are selling as the bleeding edge...
