Which is you prime problem at the moment.
On my SunBlade 100 running Solaris 9, Xsun , KDE 3.1.3
and Mozilla 1.4 I am using some 400 MB RAM and
150 MB swap space.

For desktop use you should really have a machine with
512 MB RAM.
I Also have two IBM Deskstar GXP 60 GB 7200 rpm drives
These drives just costs $100 apice nowadays.
