"All the rivers run into the sea; yet the sea is not full; unto the
place from whence the rivers come, thither they return again."
The person who wrote that part of the Bible evidently understood it. If
scientists later came up with a testable hypothesis and proved it be
correct then that says nothing about the existance of a God. In fact, as
religions don't generally provide testable hypothesizes about their
belief systems then their validity cannot be proven either way.
Personally, I believe that the Scalable Processor Architecture is divine
and the filthy sinners who persist in using unholy microprocessor
architectures will burn in the depths of hell. There is isn't a shred of
evidence to say I'm wrong ^_^'.

If they really wanted to prevent excessive bleeding then they wouldn't
circumcise the poor babies at all -_-.
