Hi,
I have compiled php 4.3.0-4.3.3 on a Sun 280R 2x1,2GHZ, 8GB RAM Ultra Sparc
III on Solaris 9 with gcc 3.3 and all optimization options.
The performance is still slow.
Our testfile contains an array.
On a Linux PC (P3, 800Mhz, 256MB RAM) the testfile took about 3,9sec's. The
Solaris Server takes 3,7sec and a new notebook with liunx only 1,8sec's.
Any suggestions why Solaris is that slow or any optimization hints?
thanks,
Mike
