Do they share lines? i.e. hub or switch?
What speed/duplex do you use?
Do you use card's for lagins or just plain logins on the station?
Standard SunRay's want a dedicated 100Mbit line, although they dont use
that fully unless you run video or do large screen changes on it.
Switch of any advanced screen savers, preferably go to blank screen.
Well, move the very same sunray to one of the other lines, does it still
"stutter"?
Move a working one to the"stuttering" line, does that stutter?
if errors move with sunray, replace sunray.
if errors stay, move line to other port on switch/hub and check again.
if errors stay on port, check switch/hub.
if errors move with line, replace cable.
if errors move around inconsistently, check server to hub connection the
same way.
This is not hard testing, and Sun-Rays are easy to move around.
If you find that the error seem to be within a certain component like a
sun-ray or server port, try changing and see if it solves it, if not...
continue testing... if all else fails... borrow/rent a real tester for
cables.

If you have more then one system to move around, which you indicate, you
have more then enough equipment to test it with.
Not to hard test it, but to check for consistency/inconsistencies.
