CPU usage is high on Sun Ultra 2 while running CDE and Sol9.

The following occurs while moving a simple xterm window about on CDE. Nothing
else. I enabled the 'show contents during move' option in the CDE settings
and I watch as one of my CPUs gets flattened. I have a Creator 3D Series 3 in
the system as well as a TGX+. Seems odd that the hardware would not handle
the moving about of the pixels as opposed to the CPU.

Nothing else on the hardware is running and Sol9 is well patched, including
the CDE and OpenWin patches. Seems very odd that simply moving a window
about would drain an entire CPU.
