This message indicates that target 0 lun 0 (the 0,0) got
out-of-phase with the rest of the scsi bus, so the controller
-- glm0, most likely your boot scsi controller -- decided to
reset the whole bus.
I'd look at the iostat -En output for this lun (probably sd0)
and check the error counts.
You probably (but not definitely) need to get it replaced in
short order.
