AP is Alternate Pathing, a product similar in function to VxDMP
but earlier, and also similar to mpxio/stms.
I would not worry about it if you don't have it configured, in
fact you probably want to remove the packages if you've got
vxdmp installed.
Incidentally, I'd be checking your kernel patch rev along with
the prtconf patch rev -- I don't think they are in sync.
