I just acquired a copy of Solaris x86, Solaris 9 release 4/04.

When I put the installation disk in the CD ROM drive it will not boot of off
the CD.

1. The machine is a Dell 2350
2. It is configured to boot from CD-ROM first and then hard disk.

Can anyone enlighten me as to what's going on?

Wayne
