I just finished racking and installing a new to me 280R Sunfire and an a
5200 with 12 discs, Solaris9 from the dvd. Six in front and 6 in back.
Format sees them fine plus the two internal hard drives on the sunfire.
Everything is up and running.
I want to make 2 raid arrays so I kicked of SMC2.1 and up it came, ran thru
the whole thing, it sees the disks and I go to the next step below the disk
icon to 'extended or advanced' [I'm home so I don't remember exaclty] so I
select it, it starts loading those tools and keeps running along doing
nothing. what did I miss...
