I haven't seen the roadmaps for either ZFS or QFS, but I'd strongly suspect
that neither of them are going to replace the other.

QFS has a lot of features which ZFS doesn't have either today or in the
near future (if ever) - from multiple-host writer, to (when combined with
it's "sister" filesystem SAM-FS) HFS support.

But hey, 5 years is a long time - maybe QFS will replace ZFS within that
time :)
