It's listed in the pcidatabase as:

0x1000
Chip Number: 3C905CX-TXNM
Chip Description: 3COM 3C905CX-TXNM with 40-0664-003 ASIC

I think we'll need the prtconf -v information and I'm not
sure if this device is supported by the driver.
