Easier? No. Shorter, Yes.

The beta exams are used for a number of purposes, including making sure
that the questions are sane as well as working out what the pass mark
will be (based an all sorts of statistics stuff). In order to get the
stastics right (plus so that not as many people are needed for the beta
exams) you do more questions in the beta than the real exam.

Even then, the questions you did during your beta was still only a
subset of the total questions of that exam, only you got a larger
percentage of the total questions than you would in the normal exam.

I suspect that for the purposes of the report they either scaled things
or only included a percentage of the questions so that your report wouldn't
appear different to those that do the "real" exams. Also any questions
which were pulled from the final exams (based on feedback from the betas)
will not be included in the score calculations for the betas but this
number is generally small (I think we only pulled 3 or 4 from the Network
exam as a result of comments raised by the beta takers, not sure about the
admin 1 and 2 exams).
