Ooppss... My bad (figured it out)... I had an error on the
second to last line of the "scsi_vhci.conf" file (it should
have been read "DGC RAID 1" and not "DGC RAID 5").
I forgot that I changed the RAID type (from 5 to 1) on the
back end.
