Web Browser Encryption

I was trying to download the Mozilla 1.4 browser from the SUN website
and I got lthe message "Netscape and this server
cannot communicate securely because they have no common encryption
algorithm." I am currently
using Netscape 4.7 on an Ultra 10, Solaris 8. How do I correct this
problem?
